This aerosol filling machine combines the vacuumizing and conpressing and filling the air or nitrogen and sealing intoone unit . and then fill the shave gel material and pentane into the container .It is specially used shavegel production and paste and pentane will mix at ration and fill simultaneous,it is easy to operete ,and good air -tightness and precise filling and so on,it is new generation of binary oacking machine since the binary packing machine for paste type product .
Advantages :
Paste material and pentane can be mixed at ration and filled at the same time ,homogeneous mixed and have good foaming effect.
Avoid freeze mixing,low energy consumption,save floor space ,improve production rfficiency
PLC has been installed ,touch screen makes more easy to operate,full automatic regulation,count function available ,decrease labor intensity.
